• Cognizant Walkin Freshers For Voice Process Executive.
• Domain: ITES/BPO, KPO.
• Designation: Process Executive Voice & Chat (Blended).
• Shifts: Rotational/Flexibility to work in night shift (24/7).
• Work Location: Hyderabad – Permanent work from office.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Background: Minimum Graduate.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to communicate with customers, with customer centric mindset.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
