Job Description:

• Zeotap is hiring for PM Integrations Intern – Bangalore.
• Zeotap is expanding its SAAS product suites branded as Customer Intelligence Platform consisting of an integrated product suite for Customer data collection, ID resolution, Predictive Analytics, Audience management and Activation.
• Our ideal candidate will be passionate about helping our enterprise customers and business teams across the globe, enjoy resolving problems, identifying root causes of issues, and thrive in a team environment.
• The incoming person would be responsible for end-to-end ticket resolution and communication with the customers and other stakeholders within the SLA, escalations to the internal teams based on SOPs, creation of internal knowledge based articles and perform engineering support activities as and when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Currently Pursuing or Recently Completed a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Looking for candidates who can do a minimum 6 months of Internship.
• Solid understanding of API concepts (REST, JSON, HTTP, Webhooks, etc.)
• Familiarity with APIs, software development concepts, and integration processes.
• Comfortable reading and understanding technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Postman or similar tools for API testing.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will assist in coordinating with external partners to secure access to their platforms and APIs for integration purposes.
• You will assist in identifying new platforms and integrations to explore, conduct competitive research, and help prioritize new integration opportunities.
• You will review and analyze platform API documentation to ensure our integrations are set up correctly and follow best practices.
• You will help develop PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) by working with the engineering team, product managers, and stakeholders. Document necessary details for the integration process.
• You will assist in testing integrations to ensure they meet company standards, match partner requirements, and function as expected in different environments.
• You will contribute to internal documentation for both internal teams (support, engineering) and customer-facing guides, providing detailed technical specifications.
• You will track integration progress, ensure there are no blockers during the development phase, and communicate effectively with the engineering team to maintain timelines.
• You will collaborate with the support team to help troubleshoot and debug integration issues, providing timely solutions and responses to customer queries.
• You adhere to zeotap’s company, privacy and information security policies and procedures.
• You complete all the awareness training assigned on time.
