Job Description:

• We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Associates for a Work from Office (WFO) role to support data entry operations for international freight transcripts.
• This role involves capturing, verifying, and updating data related to freight movement across the globe, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Basic data entry skills with typing accuracy and speed.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
• Willingness to undergo 7-10 days of process training on MIS systems.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately into the client MIS system as per process guidelines.
• Verify and validate data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Follow standard operating procedures for data entry and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Escalate issues and discrepancies as necessary.
