Job Description:

• Capgemini Fresher Hiring For BCom Graduates – Tiruchirapalli.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university.
• 0-1 year of experience in finance or accounting industry (freshers welcome).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, GST laws, and taxation regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP9 software is essential; knowledge of MS Office applications is desirable.
• Flexibility to work in shifts is a mandate for this role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial operations, including accounting, auditing, and taxation.
• Provide support to senior team members on various projects related to finance and accounts.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using Tally software.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
