Job Description:
- We are looking for a motivated Talent Sourcer (Fresher) to join our Semiconductor hiring team.
- As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top engineering talent for ASIC, VLSI, Embedded Systems, and Semiconductor Design roles.
- You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support end-to-end talent pipeline development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor industry roles (ASIC, VLSI, Embedded, AMS, DFT, etc.).
- Familiarity with sourcing tools.
Communication & Analytical Skills:
- Internship or project experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of any ATS
- Interest in HR analytics and hiring trends in the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Research:
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, and Semiconductor Forums to identify potential candidates.
- Build talent pools for ASIC Design, AMS, Physical Design, Verification, and Embedded roles.
- Utilize Boolean search and keyword techniques to find the best candidates.
Screening & Engagement:
- Contact potential candidates via email, LinkedIn messages, or phone.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical skills, career goals, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with the recruitment team and hiring managers.
Collaboration & Database Management:
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Work closely with HR, recruiters, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Track and report sourcing progress, pipeline health, and candidate engagement metrics.
Employer Branding & Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on semiconductor hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry developments.
- Promote the company’s brand through networking, career fairs, and university outreach programs.
