Job Description:

• Concentrix Catalyst Walk-In Drive For Freshers – Customer Support (International Voice Process) – Hyderabad.
• Shift Timings: 6:30PM to 3:30AM (Fixed shift).
• Mon-Fri (Saturday & Sunday fixed off).
• One way of Cab facility company will be provided for only Female Employees.
• Work Location: Uppal – NSL Arena SEZ, Hyderabad – Work from Office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements.
• This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client’s product or services.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduate/Any Graduation (No BE/B.Tech).
• Fresher.
• Should be Good Communication skills.
