Job Description:

• Cognizant is hiring Freshers For Customer Support (Voice Process) – Hyderabad, Gurugram.
• Shift: Night Shifts.
• Should be comfortable with 6 days working
• Mode: Work from Office.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Communication – Excellent coms with good cohesion, understanding and articulation.
• Demonstrates strong music knowledge and Strong critical thinking, problem solving and general troubleshooting skills
• Strong understanding of YouTube platform and music streaming service.
• Working knowledge and understanding of music industry, including relevant record labels, eras and genre distinctions past and present: An understanding of the following genres: Hip-Hop, R&B, Rock & Metal, Electronic/EDM, Alternative & Indie.

Job Responsibilities:

• The focus of the work will be on evaluating music content and maintaining content quality.
