Job Description:

• [24]7.ai Immediate Hiring for International Process.
• [24]7.ai  Walk-In interview For International Non-Voice, Semi Voice – Hyderabad.
• The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a call or email and provide resolution accordingly.
• Rotational US Shifts (Midnight shifts as well).
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday).

Date of Joining:

• Non-Voice 22nd Oct (Permanent Role).
• Semi-Voice: 18th Oct (Permanent Role).
• Semi-Voice : 11th Oct (Contractual Role).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from office.

Job Requirements:

• To Provide support and resolve issues via call, email and other electronic communication.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.

Salary Structure:

• Non-Voice (12-13k) Take home after deductions.
• Semi-Voice (17-26k) Permanent Take home after deductions.
• Semi-Voice (15k ) Contract.
