Job Description:

• Valuelabs is hiring for Onboarding Executive – Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 0-2 years of experience in onboarding, induction, or a related field (freshers can apply).
• Any graduation degree; MBA/PGDM preferred (specialization in HR/Industrial Relations or International Business).
• Strong understanding of business operations, customer service principles, and corporate culture building.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
• Male associates are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding process for new hires, ensuring seamless induction into the organization.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations during the onboarding process.
• Develop and implement effective training programs to equip new employees with necessary skills and knowledge.
