Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is Hiring For Customer Service Associate.
• Profile: Customer Service.
• Process: Voice Process.
• Shifts: Rotational Shifts/Rotational Week offs.
• Working Days: 5.
• Work Location: Commerzone Yerwada, Pune.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduate/Graduates all are eligible.

• Must be comfortable with Work From Office.

Salary:

• Upto 3,00,000 LPA + incentives Upto 42,000

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Overseeing the customer service process.
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
• Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
