Job Description:

• We are hiring for Process Executive – Customer Support (Voice – English & Hindi) for Bangalore Location.
• Shift: Flexible.
• Work From Office from Bangalore location.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Education 10+2+3 Full Time.
• Need to have good communication in Hindi and English.
• Need to Flexible of week off (Sunday fixed off and 1 restored off from Monday to Saturday).

Job Responsibilities:

• Effectively executes take calls of clients customers.
• Resolves query/issues as per deliverables outlined.
• Follows all pre-defined procedures to meet SLA Target and ensure performance parameters are met.
• Maintains voice quality as per standard agreed.
• Handles repetitive calls and strives for target maximization in order to meet quality standards.
