Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher or Experience in International BPO with a Voice Process and basic Banking knowledge, and good analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skill – Written and verbal.
- English comprehension skill.
- Flexible to work in night shifts.
Job Description:
- Customer focused, Catering to customer’s queries and providing apt resolutions.
- Cross sell through advises and recommendations.
- Has to be compliant on all calls.
- Has to achieve a minimum of 95% of targeted staffing hours every month.
- Keep oneself updated on product and process changes.
- Take the client mandated annual compliance training every year.
- Handling Procedures available.
- Answering calls as per client mandated procedures.
- Updating the Account Status on Client Database.
- Responsible for escalating calls to the Unit manager when assistance required.
- Undergo all the tests and training mandated by Mphasis – BCP, Info Security, and Code of Conduct etc.
- Answering Customer Calls as per training imparted and Standard Call.
- Creating appropriate records of calls on the in-house database management system and paper reports submitted at the end of shift.
