• Fresher or Experience in International BPO with a Voice Process and basic Banking knowledge, and good analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skill – Written and verbal.
• English comprehension skill.
• Flexible to work in night shifts.

Job Description:

• Customer focused, Catering to customer’s queries and providing apt resolutions.
• Cross sell through advises and recommendations.
• Has to be compliant on all calls.
• Has to achieve a minimum of 95% of targeted staffing hours every month.
• Keep oneself updated on product and process changes.
• Take the client mandated annual compliance training every year.
• Handling Procedures available.
• Answering calls as per client mandated procedures.
• Updating the Account Status on Client Database.
• Responsible for escalating calls to the Unit manager when assistance required.
• Undergo all the tests and training mandated by Mphasis – BCP, Info Security, and Code of Conduct  etc.
• Answering Customer Calls as per training imparted and Standard Call.
• Creating appropriate records of calls on the in-house database management system and paper  reports submitted at the end of shift.
