Job Description:

• Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Technical/Customer Service.
• In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Freshers are eligible.
• Any graduate degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good Command over English & Hindi, specially written.
• Technical Knowledge.
• Logical thinking & content creation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Worldwide support of client’s social media presence, communities and blogs including moderation, engagement, listening and insight services.
• Meet/Adhere to Contractual Metrics & Key Performance Indicators.
• Provide moderation services across all key global social channels Insights- social + product listening.
• Resources performing real-time listening and reactive or pro-active engagement.
• Adheres to client’s defined processes & procedures and company policies.
