• Good Communication Skills.
• Should have working knowledge of MS Office.

J0b Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible to identify the issues face by the user & communicate the same to the system development team.
• Follow up with development team for timely resolvation of the issues.
• Preparing require document for change request based on users requirement.
• Testing of various scenarios before implementation of change request.
• Co-coordinating with various system owners for resolvation of live issues.
