Job Description:

• Entry level job for WFHL Servicing department.
• WFHL Servicing Pre Foreclosure Referral is seeking candidate to complete SCRA Additional Party Initial Party Search and Demand Letter additional signer search in accordance with internal Wells Fargo policies and guidelines by validating/reviewing multiple loan documents.

Essential Qualifications:

• 0-1 years of US Mortgage experience.
• Eye for detail and comprehension skills.
• Minimum Typing Speed Accuracy: 30 to 35 (WPM/90%).

Desired Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of US mortgage/loan life cycle and loan documents.
• Understanding of loan servicing.
• Ability to fluently speak, write, and read English.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word is preferred.
• Good problem solving and some analytical skills.
