• C3i Solutions, An HCL Technologies Company is hiring for Technical Support – International Voice/Semi Voice Process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers preferred and experienced are welcomed.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge about different Operating Systems (Windows 7, 8 & 10).
• Knowledge on outlook, Printers & scanner – installation, configuration, performance, and usage.
• Knowledge about the Internet connectivity issues, WI-FI issues, VPN Networks.
• Laptop/Desktop issues like Blue Screens, Beep Sounds, OS errors and how to troubleshoot them.

Basic Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Flexibility to work in night & rotational shifts.
