Eligibility Criteria:

• BS/BTech/MCA/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience and bonus points for knowledge of Yodlee APIs.
• Fresh pass outs having technical experience with good fundamental knowledge on Java/J2ee and related technologies.
• This candidate must have ‘hands-on’ experience on Java/J2ee/DBMS/Web Services and must have coding experience preferably in Java and related technologies.
• Ideal candidate must be a balanced blend of ‘hands on’ technical as well as communication skills.
• Candidate must be a good problem solver and post training should be able to troubleshooting customer issues and narrow down the resolution.
• Exposure on Java/Web Services and DBMS/SQL is a required.
• Exposure on SDLC and multi-tier architecture is desirable.
• Integration experience using RESTful Web Services(API’s); SOAP is a plus
• Above average oral and written communication skills with ability to speak efficiently with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Should be able to articulate/translate a technical problem to business stakeholders

Job Description:

• Yodlee is looking for an engineer fresher who is self-directed, highly motivated and able to demonstrate technical expertise in a high-pressure environment.
• Ideal candidate must have ability to communicate to both business owners as well as developer customers from early stage start-ups to tech giants.
• In the dynamic atmosphere of a financial technology organization with a rapidly expanding customer base, our ideal candidate will possess strong presentation skills and must be able to communicate professionally in written and verbal responses to customers via phone, email and internal teams across engineering, product management, and customer support.
• Candidates should be able to work in a weekday shift (Mon-Fri, one of 8 hour shift between 7.00AM 11.59 PM midnight.
• New code development will not be part of this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help drive technical discussions with customers in partnership with Customer Success Managers/Account Managers and other internal stakeholders.
• Proactively remove technical blockers and resolve customer issues in quickest possible time.
• Helping live customers/developers troubleshoot issues they might encounter day to day.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers/stake holders.
