• Good exposure in MS Office tools (MS Excel: Intermediate Skills, MS PPT: Intermediate Skills, MS Access : Intermediate Skills).
• Should possess excellent communication skills as this person will be responsible to communicate with the clients and other interested parties over calls regularly.
• Soft Skills – Strong English skills, effective communicator; proactive in asking questions; inquisitive; provides solutions.
• Should be proactive and should be in a position to comprehend to requests sent via emails and/or phone calls from the clients.
• Excellent comprehension Skills.
• Aptitude to learn.
• Adaptable to changing demands and conditions.
• Self motivated and is Open to work in any shift & extended hours.
• Should be able to join immediately.
