Job Description:

• ODS: The ODS Loss Booking process completes the Accounting entries and classifies losses due to Overdrawn Customer Accounts. The loss booking associate identifies the root cause which includes assigning associate accountability for losses and enters the applicable codes to classify the loss scenario in BASS, LRM’s front-end system. The data is then used to report loss results for project metrics, performance tracking, loss forecasts, etc. And support risk-based management decisions throughout the company.
• The Loss Booking process completes the general ledger posting and classifying of losses due to claims from customers who are the victim of check fraud. The loss booking associate identifies the root cause which includes assigning associate accountability for losses and enters the applicable codes to classify the loss scenario in BASS, LRM’s front-end system. The data is then used to report loss results for project metrics, performance tracking, loss forecasts, etc. and support risk-based management decisions throughout the company

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing of overdraft/fraud accounts from different queues.
• Identifies the root cause and allocate the accountability for losses.
• Use relative applications to decision the overdraft/fraud Items/Accounts.
• Escalate the accounts to the onshore team to get more clarifications on the difficult accounts.
• Process the accounts within the TAT defined.
