Qualification:

• BE/BTech/MTech (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical/Electronics or equivalent Engineering)

Eligibility Criteria:

• 0 to 3 years of experience in Software Development in C# and / or C++
• Knowledge of Databases and XML Technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of COM / ActiveX a plus too.

Demonstrated ability in:

• Designing and implementing very difficult features.
• Taking initiative, being a self-starter, and working independently.
• Facilitating making appropriate technical decisions.
• Working effectively in a group development environment.
• Effective Debugging Skills.
• Problem solving, effectively diagnosing technical issues and proposing reasonable solutions.

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience in XML Technologies, COM / ActiveX, Databases.
• Experience of having worked in a scrum team.

• The main technologies that the team works on are C++, C#/.NET, XML and COM and sometimes C.
• TestStand is a ready-to-run test management software that is designed to help customers develop automated test and validation systems faster.
• TestStand is changing the landscape of Test Executive Software across various domains.
• TestStand is our second highest software revenue earner for NI.
• The candidate is expected to contribute towards both backend and frontend development of the product.
• Some of the technologies we use for frontend development include Windows Forms, MFC and WPF (Sparingly).
