• Good Communication Skills.
• Typing Speed: 25-30 WPM (Alpha and Numeric).
• Knowledge/Experience in Health Claims Processing (US).
• Should have very good exposure towards the US health care Insurance.
• Should be ready to work in rotational/night shifts.
• Should be able to join immediately.
• Candidate already attended the Interview with us in the past 3 months are not eligible.

Job Description:

Overall responsible and accountable for Claims processing for Tier 1 and Tier 2 processes. This includes following activities

• Review, validate and verify the claims and process them as per the Guidelines provided by the client.
• Ensure that all the claims processed are at 100% accuracy.
• Communicates with Team Leads / SMEs with special handling of non-routine claim situation.
