Job Description:

• [24]7.ai is hiring for International Semi Voice Process.
• Looking for Immediate Joiners.
• The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a call or chat and provide resolution accordingly.
• Salary Structure: 20k to 28k (Take home after deductions).
• Date of Joining: 14th February 2025.
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory (Xerox Copies).
• Must be flexible to work in rotational night shifts (Midnight shifts as well).
• Must be flexible to work from office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide support and resolve issues via call, chat and other electronic communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing Speed with 25wpm and 90% accuracy is a minimum requirement.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
