Job Description:

•  [24]7.ai Walkin Drive for International Voice Process – Hyderabad.
• Work Mode: Work from Office.
• Date of Joining: 29th December 2o25.
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday).

Salary Structure (Voice Process):

• 19,000 to 39,000 (take-home after statutory deductions) – Permanent Role.
• The final salary will be determined based on: Performance across all interview rounds; Metrics scored during assessments; Performance in the operations round; Relevant work experience and supporting documents submitted. Accordingly, the compensation may vary.

Job Requirements: 

• Completely night shift role.
• Regular pursuing students are not eligible.
• Mandatory submission of 10th and 12th board mark sheets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates with international voice experience must strictly be from customer service background.
• Experienced candidates must carry all relevant experience documents and be ready to join immediately.
• Age Criteria: 18 to 35 years.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication.
• Multitasking and coordination skills.
• Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.
• Willingness and ability to work in shifts (24×7).
