Job Description:

• [24]7.ai Walkin for Customer Service International Chat Process – Hyderabad.
• Salary Structure: 23k to 30k (Take home after deductions).
• The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a call or email and provide resolution accordingly.
• Rotational US Shifts (Midnight shifts as well).
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday).
• Date of Joining: 6th August 2024.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from office.

Job Requirements:

• Provide support and resolve issues via call, email and other electronic communication.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
