Job Description:

• [24]7.ai Walkin For Chat Process Executive (3 to 5 months project) – Bangalore.
• Designation: Executive & Sr Executive
• Process: Chat process – Full Time.
• Staffing: Fixed term hire.
• Work Tenure: 3 to 5 months only.
• Division: International Process.
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Shifts: Rotational Night shifts and 5 days working with 2 Rotational offs in a week .
• Transport: Free cab facilities with door – door pickup and drop.
• Location: Bangalore Marathahalli, Kadubeesanahalli.

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC passed/Any Graduate/Postgraduate/Arrear or Backlogs can be considered.
• Applicants from 2022 to 2024 can apply.
• Both Freshers and Experience upto 3 years can process their application for interviews.
• Experience from BPO background is an added advantage with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Skills: Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, Basic Computer and technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
• Should take care of AHT, Quality, CSAT and CS-related metrics.
• Resolve customer inquiries and supervise escalated issues, providing efficient and effective customer service to the clients Identify opportunities to offer value-added services.
• Resolve complex problems based on best practice/precedence, escalate when needed Demonstrated analytical skills and mathematical knowledge First-time resolution.
• Should be provided for all customer queries Displaying complete onus to customers queries/problems.
• Delivering service with requisite courtesy and accuracy Individual Contribution.
