Job Description:

•  [24]7.ai Virtual Interview For International Voice/Chat Process.
• Work From Office.
• Rotational US Shifts (Midnight shifts as well).
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday).
• Date of Joining: 28th Oct 2025.

Salary Structure:

• Chat Process: 12k – 13k (Take Home After deductions).
• Voice Process: 17k – 26k (Take Home After deductions).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from office.
• Age Criteria: 18 years – 35 years.

Skills Required:

• To provide support and resolve issues via call, chat and other electronic communication.
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
• Multitasking and coordination skills.
• Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.
