Job Description:

• We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our International US Process as Customer Support agents.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting US-based customers, providing support, and ensuring high-quality service.
• Whether you have prior experience or are a fresher, we encourage you to apply! Immediate joiners are preferred!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service through voice, support.
• Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, accurate, and helpful information.
• Maintain and update customer records as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 10th Standard, 12th Standard, or Graduate candidates can apply.
• Both experienced candidates and freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Basic technical knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
